The Astronomy Research Group is a new thing this semester at Mount Union.  So far, we have:

done some CCD imaging of the Moon
taken some photos of the Sun
hauled a 10-foot radio dish onto the roof
measured spectral indices of Venus and Cygnus A using the 37-meter radio telescope at Haystack Observatory
