John T. Huston, the grandfather of Dr, John D. Brumbaugh, farmed the area that is now the Nature Center from before the Civil War until his death in the 1920's. Today, Mount Union College maintains the barn as a living memory of the agricultural traditions of the early European settlers of this area.
This page will show some of the recent additions to the farm area.
